Australian Customer Service

Those of you who know me might know how I feel about this particular subject already... Let me give you an example. In the end of March I ordered some books from Germany. They arrived 6 days after I ordered them, even before the scheduled date. Excellent service. On the 25th of March I ordered one book from Angus & Robertson, here in Sydney. On the 17th of April, the order has been processed. Three weeks to process the order alone! I wonder how long it will take to send the book now that it's been processed - maybe the book - which Natsumi needs for her class - will finally arrive once her semester is over =/
